Summary Judgment on Re-employment Rights Granted by U.S. District Court Judge

On June 02, 2009 Senior Federal Judge Zita Weinsheink entered Summary Judgment in a USERRA reemployment rights case on behalf of Plaintiff Chad Wiese. See U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado Civil Action No. 08-cv-00377-ZLW-MEH.  The matter has been settled.
