Final Award in USERRA Arbitration Case

On March 1st, 2010 Arbitrator and retired Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Pringle granted Plaintiff Joseph M. Ernest a final award in favor of Plaintiff Ernest and against Defendant Lockheed Martin Corp. for Lockheed Martin Corp.'s violations of USERRA's reemployment rights provisions.  The Award amount was for $178,013.00 in back pay and prejudgment interest, together with attorney fees, expert witness fees and other costs and expenses totaling $272,285.54 for Mr. Ernest prevailing on the merits of his USERRA claim.
