Colonel George Aucoin has been trying cases in State and Federal Court for the past 13 years in Louisiana, Colorado, Alaska, California, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida and Virginia. His specialty is litigation in Federal Court, District or Appellate, in any state, under the U.S. Code, and particularly the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) (38 U.S.C. Section 4301 et seq.) on behalf of members of the United States Guard and Reserve against their civilian employers for violations of federal statutory law. He is a Marine with over 30 years total service who has served in both the Active and Reserve components.
